The last of the Domaaki blacksmiths

Domaaki is a language spoken in the Hunza Valley. Traditionally, Domaaki speakers were either musicians or blacksmiths. Today, the language is on the brink of extinction, with fewer than 350 speakers.
Madad Ali is one of them. He has continued in the difficult footsteps of his ancestors, plying his trade as a blacksmith.
